LTJG T. Brandan McCombie Memorial NROTC Award

The purpose of the Lieutenant Junior Grade T. Brandan McCombie Memorial Award is to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by undergraduate students enrolled at the Pennsylvania State University who are recognized for selfless dedication and sacrifice to the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC). The McCombie family intended that this award be used to help offset any college or living expenses that individuals incur.

LTJG T. Brandan McCombie Endowment for NROTC MWR Fund

The purpose of this fund is to provide monies for the support of morale, welfare, and recreation for the Naval ROTC at the Pennsylvania State University. Expenditures shall be made in accordance with the existing University policy and shall be determined by the Commanding Officer of the Naval ROTC, or his/her designee. This fund is for program support only and provides for student activities and conference fees.
